Sky Q Hub lights explained
If you find that the lights on your Sky Q Hub are confusing, don't panic! This article aims to provide a basic explanation with simple troubleshooting steps.
The front of your Sky Q Hub has three lights. power, internet, and wireless. The table below lists all statuses for each of the Sky Q Hub lights with possible solutions.

GREEN | If all three lights are solid green, this means your Sky Q Hub is receiving power, it has internet connectivity, and your wireless network is active. — Your Sky Q Hub is operating normally. |

FLASHING AMBER | Your Sky Q Hub is in RECOVERY MODE — This can happen after a software upgrade and in most cases should resolve itself. If it doesn't:

FLASHING AMBER | The Sky Q Hub has detected an internet connection or is trying to establish a connection and should turn green after 2-3 minutes. If the internet light constantly flashes amber or goes from green to flashing amber, this could indicate an unstable internet connection.
