EMC NetWorker 7.5 hotfixes
The current cumulative hotfix is NetWorker 188.8.131.52 Build 671. It was released on November 7, 2011.

Installation and de-installation instructions
Binaries included as part of this hotfix may be identified using the "what" command on UNIX systems or by examining the file properties on Windows systems.
